Huge master bedroom in modern, urban style house

I've been living here for over a year in the new, contemporary housing near the Five Points and the Great Park off of Sand Canyon blvd.

These homes are brand new, and are very unlike typical orange county homes in that they have a very modern and contemporary urban style.

The neighborhood includes a multiple pools, recreation areas, and access to local shopping and the adjacent Great Park, with concerts and a farmers market on the weekend. As for homes, this is my favorite neighborhood in Irvine.

I'm looking for a clean and respectful professional. I am very easy going, but I generally keep the common areas pristine and uncluttered. ...I take special pride in polishing my granite countertops :)

You would take the upstairs master bedroom, which has its own balcony and a walk-in closet that is so large and long I call it the "bowling alley."

You would have access to garage parking and all the amenities that go along a home in this neighborhood, including two pools, two jacuzzis, entertainment rooms, etc.

The rent does not include, Mercy, our housekeeper who comes once a week.
