Looking for a roommate (2bed-2bath apartment)
Hello, my roommate and I been living at the property for a little over two years. It’s a beautiful apartment complex near downtown Fullerton. We have a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment. My housemate is a total sweetheart. She is a high school teacher. I am looking to move out and move in with my boyfriend. Therefore I need someone to take over the lease at least till the end of our leasing contract (May/June 2022). This property is very modern and has a lot of amenities such as 24/7 gym, swimming pool, hot tub, grill and many more. Each housemate will have their own room and bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit. Each housemate gets a free parking spot in the garage. If you need additional parking you may rent an extra spot for estar monthly fee. My housemate has a small dog. She is very friendly and house trained. My housemate will only feel comfortable with a female roommate. If you have any questions or would like to see the apartment, please feel free to text/call me.
