I rent a 3 bedroom apartment and looking to rent out one room or essentially split the apartment. You would have a carport parking spot in sight of your window.
I've lived here for about 10 years and very accustom to the roommate lifestyle, with great success, I've had amazing past roommates and still keep in touch to this day.
Occasionally will have my girlfriend or teenage daughter as visitors. My guy friends rarely visit.
Very chill, friendly and easy going. I'll never get into your business or make your guests feel unwelcome.
