Bedroom with Shared bath and garage less than a mi

Hello there, my current roommate is moving out at the middle of this month and i'm looking to rent out rent out my second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. Your room is 10x11.5 with a pretty decent sized closet. the room does come unfurnished. we pay for gas, electric, and wifi which are roughly $100 each. You would be living less than a mile away from main st huntington beach. The apartment is roughly 800 Square feet. you get your own garage as well!! I am a 23 year old male who works at an exotic car dealership. i am a very clean and organized person with a girlfriend who is over often. extremely friendly who enjoys mellow nights and as well has having a few friends over sometimes. looking for a like minded person who enjoys their roommates and quality time. male or female in roughly the same age. no hard drugs in the house.
