One Bedroom in a Two Bedroom Apartment

The development: 27 Seventy Five Mesa Verde development (UDR complex). Parking, a 24 hour gym, 4 swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, two dog parks, and additional amenities (NOTE some of these may be temporarily closed or restricted due to COVID).

The apartment: very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on second floor. Entrance is quite private, only 4 apartments per stairwell. Living room, dining room, kitchen, washer & dryer in-unit, and balcony are all downstairs. Up a half flight of stairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of houseplants. Common rooms are all furnished and kitchen is FULLY stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Air conditioning & heat. Fireplace. Electric stove & oven. Utilities vary, but will usually be about $120 per person per month (gas, water, trash, electric, internet, parking).

The room & bathroom: Beige carpet, can fit a queen sized bed. One window but it gets great light. Closet is over 6' long with mirrored sliding doors. Bathroom has good under sink storage space, a very large mirror, toilet, and shower/bath combo. This room will also have dedicated covered parking directly under the apartment, and a large storage unit.

Existing roommates: 32M/32F couple originally from NYC + their extraordinarily friendly black cat (with claws). Neat in the shared spaces, good with keeping up on dishes, trash, shared cleaning, etc. We're generally homebodies but enjoyed going out once in awhile in the "before times" - now WFH full time though.

Move in date: any day before 2/6/21
