South Coast: Bed + Bath

Two bed / two bath apartment here on the second floor. The bedroom is roughly 11x10 feet and has its own bathroom across the hall. Nice carpet, big ol mirrored closet, and a view of some trees and other apartments-- because apartments. The living room and kitchen are furnished and stocked so no need to worry bout bringing much, but we'll make room if you do. Oh, and there's a balcony you that we never use so there's a bonus if that's your scene! (No smoking signs all over the complex though, and this is a hard ass rule in the area; though smoking just outside the complex seems fine, if that's your jam)

We have a dog running around, as seen in the photos; the complex allows for one more pet, albeit for $50 more a month. Internet and electricity are included, but I may ask for help on heavy AC months. Parking is fun, you'll have your own elevator that allows for two cars.

Other than that, I'm a dude married to another dude, so be cool with that. Looking for a roommate of similar gender and orientation, but it wouldn't be required really-- it's a safe space either way (Just be prepared to talk shop bout Drag Race, is all).
