Private Master Bedroom in Anaheim

Hello everyone,

Lalo and Peter here,

Our roommate Rene, who is currently occupying the master bedroom will be moving out 3/1/22

The room is large and has a separate room inside that can be created into an office along with private bathroom and closet.

Some furniture will be left behind but can be removed if not wanted.

Rent is $1,100 and deposit is $800 upfront (this does not include utilities, but utilities are every other month and usually split to about $150/ per person)

Our house is in a safe neighborhood inside of a cul-de-sac. With plenty of parking and privacy. Washer and dryer are in unit as well.

Couple things about us and similarities in what we are looking for:
-Guests are okay as long as they can be trusted
-Both males in our mid to late 20s
-Easy going
-friendly
-Not anti social but we do tend to hang out in our rooms most of the time.
-Both of us a professionals and work stable full time jobs
-Clean and do our own dishes as well as take turns on taking out trash
