Master bedroom for rent in friendly artsy home

This is for a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room can come with a queen sized bed and a desk if you like.

The other two roommates are me and my 12 year old son. We love to have craft and game nights, so it would be a bonus to have a roommate who occasionally likes to do those things.

Music, art and nature are our main interests and I work as a substitute teacher.

The reason this room is so affordable (you pay only half the rent, but get the much bigger master bedroom) is because the living room is sometimes used as a bedroom and is not always a common area. (I go back and forth between sleeping in my son's room and sleeping in the living room). So ideally the master bedroom is for someone who spends most of their time in their room.
However, the kitchen and dining room will always be available to you, and you can often use the big art table and be on the balcony.

The apartment has a pool, hot tub, gym and we are just a five minute walk from a beautiful forest and Commonwealth Lake. Outside your window are trees.

Our sleep schedule is 11 pm to 8:30, so looking for someone who doesn't make much noise during those hours. The weekends we stay up and sleep in later.

I play guitar and sing a little and I like to make music and jam, so if you are also into music that would be a total bonus.

There is no smoking allowed on the balcony, and if you want to smoke, you have to walk 2 minutes out to smoking areas in the parking lot...so preferably looking for a non smoker.

Utilities are an extra 100/month.
The apartment is pretty shaded from the trees which keeps it pretty cool without AC.

Pets are allowed here with an extra pet rent of 50/month. I will consider a pet if it is chill, not gonna bark much and respects quiet hours lol. We actually love pets and would welcome the right pet.

I am open to couples or a parent and child. I actually have a really great full sized bunk bed, if someone needs two separate beds.
