The house is roomy and quiet.
It’s a 2 story with 3 rooms upstairs. There is a nice living area with a shared TV and a gas fireplace. Theres a Shared kitchen with all the amenities. A favorite is the back patio with 2 swinging chairs that overlooks a creek in the forest. With the seasonal birds and wildlife to observe, In the spring and summertime it is a very peaceful quiet place to just relax and read a book 📕
The current tenants are myself and on occasion my 30 year old son will stay at the house.
I am a semi retired nurse and I work 2 days a week in Silverton and one day a week out of a back office/clinic in the house just on Mondays.
There is also a hot tub inside and near the back patio that is available to use. It’s very nice to sit and relax in.
There is also a piano available in the house if you are so inclined to play. Enjoy!
