Partially Furnished Room available in wonderful two-story townhome in Tualatin. It is located just a 15-minute drive south of Portland near the downtown area of Tualatin, close to the beautiful Tualatin River and many lovely parks and walking trails and other amenities nearby. The room is partially furnished with queen size bed, desk and good sized closet; It has a large window and tall vaulted ceiling giving the room a spacious feel. In addition, I offer shared use of the laundry room, living room and kitchen as well as shared access to a full-size bathroom (with tub and shower).
I am a newly retired professional who lives in and owns the home. I enjoy friendly conversation balanced with a respectful, kind, and peaceful environment.

Cost is $850 per month with first and last month down. Utility costs are separate and split between roommates and myself. Street parking is available for free. There is a Home Owners Association, which takes care of mowing the yard and other external care of the property at no charge to you.
