Hi, I’m a guy in my late s renting out a couple rooms in my home. I work as an engineer on a typical MonFri schedule. I’m easygoing, social, openminded, and keep respectful hours.

The room is ~ sq ft with high ceilings and includes a private bathroom. The kingsized bed shown can be removed if desired. There is also an option to rent a second adjacent room at a significantly reduced rate (great for an office or extra space). I will only have one tenant (single, couple, or small family), so the bathroom remains private and is not shared with other renters.

The home was recently remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances (all replaced within the last few years) in excellent condition. The house also offers plenty of storage space, three decks, and multiple areas that are perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or working on hobbies.
