Hi! I’m looking for a considerate, non-smoking roommate to share my 2nd floor 900 sq. ft. apartment in Sherwood.

A little about me: I’m a quiet, respectful professional with a hybrid work schedule, so I do work from home part of the week. I’m pretty low-key — not a partier — and I really value a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels at ease and communicates well.

The space:
Private bedroom
Private bathroom located in the hall (not en-suite)
Shared kitchen, living room, and small balcony
In-unit washer & dryer
Clean, quiet, shared common spaces

Rent & details:

$775/month + half of utilities (wifi included, half of utiities may range from $90 - $120 per month depending on the season)

You would be added to the lease (signed Nov 2025, renewing in Nov 2026)

The apartment complex requires a background check and any preliminary screenings

Move-in timing is flexible

Pets (important to read):
I have two German Shepherds and one cat - all ESA animals. My dogs are special needs, and do not get along with other pups, so maintaining a stable, peaceful environment is really important. Because of this, I’m not able to accommodate additional pets.

Who I’m hoping to find:
Clean, reliable, and communicative

Working professional or student

Comfortable living with large dogs and a cat

I would prefer a female identifyign roommate :D
