This is a single-level, owner-occupied 3-bdrm home (1 of which is the office) situated on a flag lot, with fully fenced backyard. (flag lot means set back off the main street,) so it’s relatively quiet and we go pretty much unnoticed.

We prefer a longer term renter, but also recognize that life happens.

If you’re a smoker/vaping, it’s only allowed in the garage, or when the weather’s decent, the patio is a nice place to hang out. Moderate drinking is fine. We’ll probably enjoy a beer on the patio with you

BUT…we DO have pets.

1-25-yr old female Blue & Gold Macaw (enhanced security bird) Princess Buttercup

1-35 yr old male Congo African Gray – Hope He barks like a dog and clucks like a chicken. Butter & Hope are rescues.

We are their forever home. Period.

It goes without saying, but I’m saying it anyway, that this might not be the best setup for a day sleeper/graveyard shift worker OR someone sensitive to noise or has allergies. (A portable air cleaner is set up in your room.)

CHICKENS! Aka “Pets with Benefits”!!!! EGGS!!! As many as you want!!!!

Due to the pets we do have, if you have an animal companion it would have to get acclimated to the chickens. They are not snacks on the run…but herding them is fine. They’re used to a Corgie (who will get dropped off by the former tenant sometimes when he travels) Tucker is also used to dogs…but he’ll probably lay low, until he gets used to your furry friend.
