Large room with shared bathroom

Single bedroom available with a bathroom that's shared with one other person. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with one parking spot available on the driveway. The common areas are furnished, and the room includes a desk, office chair and a twin bed, which can be moved if you have your own. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove/oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Currently the rooms are occupied by professional males in our mid/late twenties who are responsible, clean and quiet.

Location: Less than a mile from the MAX station, a couple blocks from UJ Hamby park and about 5-10 minutes from Intel. It's a nice area to walk around with the little trail at Hamby park and the food trucks nearby.

Looking for: Clean, quiet, responsible and respectful tenant with a stable job or student. No pets, no partying, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs.
Criteria for rental: Proof of employment, no past evictions, no criminal background, ready to sign month-to-month rental agreement.
