Large room with shared bathroom

Single bedroom available with a bathroom that's shared with one other person. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with one parking spot available on the driveway. The common areas are furnished, and the room includes a twin bed (the bed can be moved if you have your own, or I can provide some inexpensive bedding for it on request). The house has washer/dryer, central air conditioning/heating. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove/oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Currently the rooms are occupied by professional males in our mid twenties who are responsible, clean and quiet.

Location: Less than a mile from the MAX station, a couple blocks from UJ Hamby park and about 10 minutes from Ronler Acres Intel. It's a nice area to walk around with the little trail at Hamby park and the food trucks nearby.

Looking for: Single, clean, quiet, responsible and respectful tenant with a stable job who will pay rent on time and be mindful of everyone’s privacy and cleanliness in all spaces. No pets, no partying, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs.
Criteria for rental: Proof of employment, no past evictions, no criminal background, ready to sign month-to-month rental agreement.
