Location : Close to downtown Hillsboro, Hillsboro Aero Academy, Hillsboro Airport, Intel Ronler Acres, Jones Farm, Hawthorn campus, 10 minutes walk to Max station (Washington/SE 12th Ave).

Looking for: Single, clean, quiet, responsible and respectful tenant with a stable job who pays rent on time and be mindful of everyone’s privacy and cleanliness in all spaces. No pets, no partying, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs.
Criteria for rental: Proof of continuous professional employment, no past evictions, no criminal background, ready to sign minimum 6 month rental agreement.
