The room is approximately 10x12 feet, featuring a ceiling fan with lighting and individual heating for personalized comfort. You'll enjoy a full-sized closet for ample storage, window seats with built-in storage, and a locking door with a key for added security. A 32" wall-mounted HD TV is also included for your entertainment needs.

Roommate will have access to own fridge/freezer. No access to garage storage. Yard is fenced in and a food garden will be added in spring.
