Seeking female roommate for 1 bedroom (currently unfurnished, has the ability to be furnished)/shared bathroom (with other tenant) in 2,800 square foot home built in December 2025.

City: Tigard, Oregon

Term: 1 year minimum
Monthly rent: $1,100 including all utilities
Security deposit: $700 (refundable)

Animals: 2 cats, 1 dog reside in the home. Open to an additional cat or two on a case-by-case basis.

Current tenants:
- One tenant in ADU that is separate from the rest of the house
- One female tenant is in healthcare and works outside of the home three days per week
- I work in healthcare and work outside of the home two days per week

- Central air conditioning
- Access to all common spaces: kitchen with large island; dining room; living room with 85” TV; gym with Peloton Bike+, Peloton Treadmill, and free weights; laundry room (on the same floor as bedrooms)
- Parking in neighboring cul-de-sac (there are always spots 24/7).
- Streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Peacock, Peloton exercise classes
- Cleaning supplies/laundry detergent are included in rent.
- Monthly professional house cleaner that cleans the entire home.

Your Space
- 1 bedroom, has the ability to be furnished if requested. It is on the third floor of the home with the other two bedrooms.
- Closet in bedroom, with additional storage in hallway linen closet (split with other tenant).
- Shared bathroom with very quiet, clean, respectful, friendly female tenant renting my other bedroom.

The Home
- New build (2025) 2,800 square foot home in quiet cul-de-sac.
- Three floors total: entryway and ADU on first floor, living/dining/kitchen/gym on second floor, bedrooms on third floor.
- Fully furnished kitchen with island that seats 4. You will have dedicated shelves in the pantry and the fridge for your food. There is also a garage fridge for additional food storage.
- Dining room with table that seats 7.
- Access to the gym that has a Peloton treadmill, Peloton Bike+, rebounder, resistance bands, pilates ring, and free weights ranging from 5-30.
- Pickleball court and basketball hoop in front yard.
- Free parking on adjacent cul-de-sac (no one ever has issues finding parking).
- Two cats and one dog currently reside in the home. I would potentially be open to one or two more cats on a case-by-case basis.

- Clean, respectful, communicative.
- Able to pass a background check and income verification (~$40 paid by you).
- No smoking, vaping, marijuana, drugs, or partying.

- Healthcare worker who has a hybrid schedule (work from home two days per week, office two days per week, off three days per week).
- I work, play pickleball, and am usually in bed by 10.

Atmosphere
- All tenants have their own lives/schedules and we tend to keep to ourselves for the most part; however, we are all friendly with one another and sometimes sit on the couch and eat dinner/watch a show together.
- All of the neighbors are friends with one another and we occasionally have neighborhood hangouts/happy hours that you would be invited to.
