The home is 4-bed, 3-bath and 2,700 sq ft, North Cedar Hills (97229 area - NW Cornell Rd & NW 113th cross streets).
The Owner occupies the Master bedroom and a guest bedroom downstairs.
There are 2 furnished bedrooms upstairs with a common bath with double sink, loft with computer desk/office setup.
I'm single guy from India, work in Software Industry and work remote/travel.
I'm social and have friends over sometimes for movie nights, potluck, BBQ gatherings.
You are welcome to join us if you are comfortable meeting new people.
Spacious home, furnished, bonus office area, high speed internet, safe neighborhood.
Parking is available on the street.
Note - There is no green space yard for dogs. There is a BBQ grill, fire pit and a gazebo for summer gatherings.
No smoking/420/drugs inside home.

Easy access to different parts of the city (6 miles to NW 23rd via Cornell Rd, 1.5 miles to Hwy 26, 2 miles to Hwy 217, 3 miles to Nike, Columbia sports, 6-7 miles to Intel Hillsboro), 2.5 miles to the Cedar Hills shopping area, 3-4 miles to Costco, Fred Meyers, Sunset Transit is ~2 miles, Bus Stop #62 is 0.3 miles from home etc.

The home is fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped with Gas stove, fridge, pantry etc.
Each bedroom is spacious, with queen sized bed, closets, dressers, end tables, bed lamps and TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Cutlery (spoons, forks, knives), plates, cups, bowls, some pots and pans are available for cooking.
The Washer and Dryer are available to use in the laundry room.
Future roommate(s) expectations:
No shoes and no smoking inside to keep the home clean and organized.
Please be mindful of each other's privacy and respectful towards each other and open communication.
Proof of income.
Decent Credit History, have a job, responsible and reliable - can pay rent ~$1,100 (including utilities) and deposit $550 (refundable) on time.
