Room for Rent

About the apartment:
One non furnished room available.
It's a 2 bedroom one bath condo, the rest of the condo is furnished (I'm open to rearranging and sharing wall space for decorations in the common areas). In-unit washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, tv, wifi, all of that.

Rent is 850$ a month which includes utilities. 500$ deposit upon moving in (which is refundable when you eventually move out and the room is undamaged).

There is not a extra assigned parking space but my current roommate says he doesn't ever have trouble finding a guest parking space. The complex has a workout room and a pool.

About me:
My current roommate is moving out by November so he can move in with his best friends, so I'm looking for someone new to move in to fill his room!

I am a 25 year old queer white woman. I work a lot, (m-f, usually 6am-4ish) with somewhat variable hours doing vegetative habitat restoration. When I'm not at work I like hanging out with my cat and / or girlfriend, hiking, reading, watching tv, and I play rugby! I don't drink or smoke or do any drugs ( at least no drugs stronger than energy drinks lol).

My girlfriend usually comes over once or twice a week but we're happy to stay in my room for the most part to not be a bother. (I'm also usually at her's a few times a week)

I have a outdoor cat named Mowglie! He's very friendly but requires me to have a sliding glass door insert pet door so he can come in and out as he pleases.

I like to keep the place fairly clean, I do my dishes and try not to have the common spaces be too messy. I do like having a chore chart and keeping open communication to make sure everyone is happy about the state of the shared spaces.

About you:
I'm looking for a chill roommate who doesn't cause drama and keeps clean! I don't have a preference in age, gender, sexuality, or anything like that.
I will not live with someone who is hateful in anyway.
Since I have to go to bed early for work sometimes I prefer to have the place to be on the quiet side after 9pm. No smoking anything indoors but there's a patio to smoke on if you wish to do so.

For the most part I've had pretty good luck with roommates, I'm not expecting a new bff or anything but I find it a bit easier living with someone who I get along ok with. An occasional hows it going catch up chat, watching a show, that kinda casual thing of getting along!

I wouldn't say I'm vegetarian but I don't eat red meat. I'd prefer if a roommate didn't leave a bunch of bloody steaks all around, I don't care if you eat meat though.

Monthly rental because I might want to move in with my girlfriend when her lease ends in June.
