Mature Roommate Wanted

I'm looking for a respectful roommate to share my quiet modular home in a gated 55+ community. If you are easygoing and want a low-drama place that feels like home, this could be it.

What you get:
- Your own private bedroom
- Full use of the kitchen, living room, and laundry
- Shared bathroom; available most of the time, with brief use when there is an occasional guest
- One dedicated parking spot; a couple of simple conditions apply and I will explain them when we talk
- Community pool, fitness center, and clubhouse
- Gated community

Occupancy: This home is in a housing-for-older-persons community. Community rules require that at least one person in the household be 55 or older, and that no occupant be under 45. Those are community occupancy rules, not a personal preference. Please include your age so we can confirm eligibility.

Rent: $975 plus an agreed share of utilities, including electric. Deposit equal to one month's rent. All applicants are considered under the same terms, including a lawful source of income.

Household: Quiet, clean home. Two indoor cats already live here. No additional ordinary pets. Assistance animals are not pets, and reasonable accommodation requests will be considered. No smoking inside.
