ISO third roommate in Beaverton apartment

ABOUT THE SPACE
It’s a modest 9x10’ room (plus a closet), in a three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. Your bathroom would be shared with one other person. Laundry is in the unit, there’s a full kitchen and dishwasher, but no central cooling. It’s on the second floor (up a flight of stairs) with other apartments above, below, and sharing one wall.

The apartment complex is in North Beaverton (between Bethany and Tanasbourne), just north of Hwy 26. It’s a larger complex, with amenities including a pool, fitness center, etc. It is a smoke-free property.

WHO WE ARE
Must be queer/queer-friendly! We are both quiet and introverted, mostly doing our own thing. We’d like someone else chill and introverted, but able to communicate openly when it matters. We try to keep shared spaces neat and rotate cleaning responsibilities.

The current roommates would be Evelyn (27yo trans woman, barista, a classically trained musician making electronic music) and Sarah (32yo, bi & nb bookseller, into reading, pokemon go, and crafts). The outgoing roommate will be gone the last week or two of October. We previously lived with a cat, and would be happy to welcome another!

MONEY STUFF
Rent for that room is $650 monthly, plus utilities which are usually $70-100/person. There’s also an application fee of $50, and we’ll ask for a one-time $250 contribution to the security deposit. You’ll also need renter’s insurance. Pets require a $400 deposit and monthly pet rent of $25.
