Built in 2022, so new appliances and well-maintained carpets etc. and has a two car garage plus plenty of driveway or street parking. Appliances include washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge. Condo has AC and central air heating and a balcony. 4th bedroom is a guest bedroom that can be used by people staying over. Room features a walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom. Bedroom size is 12’-2“ x 11’-3“ excluding closet. Neighborhood is very bikeable, and has easy access to Scholls Ferry Dr. I am personally moving into this place on August 15th, so will be setting up living room furniture etc. during the remainder of August.

I am 25 and a civil engineer who works near Washington Square. I have a black cat named Jiji, who is friendly. I referee rugby on the weekends, enjoy cooking and baking, and spend a lot of the time at the gym or studying for my structural engineering license exams.
