Looking for one responsible, respectful tenant to fill vacant master bedroom. Please be kind, respectful and responsible. The available room is roughly 12.5 x 10.5 feet with closet and full bath with bathtub and shower. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch with hardword floors, nicely remodeled kitchen, updated bathrooms, air conditioning, washer/dryer in the garage, large yard on a quiet street. The current tenants are 2 men (24 and 48 years old). Both are quiet and kind of keep to themselves but are very respectful and responsible. You will barely know they are there most of the time. The living area and kitchen are shared spaces but truthfully you will have that space to yourself most of the time. I also have a room in the house, but I'm currently spending a lot of my time in Asia and am gone for several months at a time. All utitlies are included, including high speed wifi. Cable not included. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house. No parties. Occassional overnight guest is okay but no live in partners. Single occupancy only. Pets on a case by case basis..
