Seeking female roommate for master bedroom

I am seeking a female roommate to move in September or possibly in August. I’m a 22 year old female server and student with a fluctuating schedule. When I’m home I have quiet hobbies like crochet and weaving. I have a 2 year old male cat who is quiet and litter-box trained. He has been friendly with other felines and indifferent towards dogs.

I’m not picky - just looking for female roommate who can clean up after themselves. I don’t care if you smoke or vape, but it must be done outside. I would love to meet in person to see if we’re a good fit!

We are the ground floor unit. Your room is the master - 12’x13’ with an attached bathroom, walk in closet, and sliding glass doors that open onto a concrete patio space. We have shared in-unit laundry and a complete kitchen. The complex offers a fitness center and swimming pool.

You would be signing a month-to-month lease with the apartment complex. We would split the rent evenly, so it would be $974 due on the 4th of the month. You must have renters insurance. Utilities fluctuate but are about 100 each. There is a $35 application fee. We can discuss pets, be aware the apartment complex will require $50 per pet monthly rent. There is always parking available in the complex, covered spots are available for $50 per month.

This is a commutable location, right off Highway 26 and 185th in Beaverton. We are five minutes from a ton of grocery stores and other shops in Tanasbourne.
