Room available Now in Central Beaverton!

Hello!

I am looking for a roommate, preferably a female to share space in a 2bed/2bath apartment in Central Beaverton, located right by the Nike Headquarters.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and communicates well with shared expectations. I myself am an extrovert when socializing, however, I re-charge all of my energy in my solo time and value my space and silence.
My lease is up in September, so I am looking for someone to join me until the lease is up. Hopefully with that time frame, we can determine if we are a good fit long-term and consider continuing the lease either month to month or signing a 12month lease, I am open to both options.

I currently have a hybrid job and work from home most days and have friendly cats. The layout of the apartment holds the bedrooms and their bathrooms apart which adds a nice touch for privacy. Room for rent faces the balcony view which is great for natural sunlight.

The apartment has a laundry room with washer and drier, has access to both stairs and elevators, and has a pool and a small gym for amenities. Private reserved parking for a fee... I believe it's roughly $30 for uncovered, $60 for carport, and $150 and up for your own private garage with a driveway. There is quick access to many grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants, parks, and much more.

Ideally, I would want to live with someone who has a steady job and has goals of their own that they are working towards, as I am very goal oriented and would find it appealing to share the space with someone who is like-minded. I also appreciate being easy going and enjoy coffee shops, bobba, and outdoor walks to the nearby park.
