Looking for roommate to share peaceful apartment

Hello! My name is Kassandra. I've lived in this Beaverton/Aloha apartment for the last year and I'm looking for a female roommate to rent the (unfurnished) 2nd bedroom and private bathroom for at least another 12 month lease at about $800/mo + approx. $120 utilities and electric. The new lease starts July 1st, move-in date is flexible because I'm already in the space. There is a washer and dryer in unit, and the apartment complex has gym and pool amenities.

I'm a woman in my early 30s, and I've had a wonderful time living in this quiet, secluded 3rd floor apartment with a view of wetlands and the sound of birdsong and trickling water year-round. I have one shy cat who loves to spend time with humans doing quiet activities but has a history of being nervous around other animals and will do better as the only pet in the house. No smoking please, but responsible use of legal substances that don't involve smoke is no problem.

I work a compressed schedule, so on the days I work I'm out for long hours. On the days I'm home I spend my time on quiet activities like reading and crafting. The shared living room is spacious with large balcony windows and a pretty view. The living room is set up with a TV and plenty of space for a movie or game night. There is also plenty of room and opportunity for you to bring your own furniture and personality into the shared spaces if you'd like!
