Enjoy the privacy of a self-contained suite within a quiet, well-maintained home on a spacious corner lot. This large, bright room features its own private entrance and dedicated off-street parking right at your front door, offering the independence of an apartment with the security of a home.
Tailored Comfort
The suite is climate-controlled with your own independent heating and air conditioning, ensuring the temperature is always to your liking. While the space comes fully equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, air fryer oven, microwave, and electric cooktop) and a Smart TV, we are happy to remove any items if you prefer to bring your own cherished furniture and "make it your own."
The Lifestyle
Peace & Quiet: The home is exceptionally quiet; two residents are away traveling 90% of the time (home only one day per week), ensuring a tranquil environment.
Gardening Enthusiasts: If you have a green thumb, we have a dedicated garden plot available for you to grow your own flowers, herbs, or vegetables.
Pet Friendly: We are home to a friendly 4-year-old Yellow Labrador service dog. We welcome your well-behaved dog to join the household (subject to a "meet and greet"). Please note: a strictly cat-free and smoke-free/flame-free environment is maintained.
Convenience: On-site laundry is available for your use.
Terms & Practicalities
We value transparency and stability, offering this space for both short-term needs or long-term residency.
Monthly Rent: $1,275 (Single Occupancy). All-inclusive: Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are covered in one flat rate. (Couples: $1,425).
Move-in Costs: First and last month’s rent.
Security Deposit: $1,000. To assist with your transition, we are happy to split this into two monthly payments of $500. ($500 is refundable).
Pet Deposit: $500 (non-refundable).
