Living room access to TV and built in speaker system (with Netflix, Disney+/Hulu, crunchyroll, amazon prime subscriptions), kitchen appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, kitchenaid, blender, rice cooker, etc.), and misc workout equipment (dumbbells, exercise bike, walking pad). One fcfs parking space/street parking. Walking distance to the max, 5 minute drive to Tanasbourne and Orenco shopping centers, 12 minutes to PCC, near intel. No pets. No smoking indoors. Our schedule usually leaves the house quiet during the day (9-5ish working schedule). But we enjoy spending our evenings and weekends at home so you’ll find us out in the living room quite a bit.
