I’m looking to rent out a room in my home in Beaverton to someone respectful, kind, and easygoing. This house is my sanctuary—quiet, calm, and filled with good energy—and I’m open to sharing it with someone who values that same balance.

• Includes Wi-Fi, in house laundry units and a weight set in the garage.
• Street parking available, or we can negotiate sharing the garage at an additional cost.

A Little About Me:
I work during the day and value my quiet time, but I’m also warm and enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal. I believe in mutual respect—giving space when needed, but also being friendly and considerate in shared areas. I have two sweet long haired cats, so a love (or at least comfort) with animals is essential.
