I’m looking to rent out a room in my home in Beaverton to someone respectful, kind, and easygoing. This house is my sanctuary - quiet, calm, and filled with good energy, and I’m open to sharing it with someone who values that same balance.

• Shared kitchen, and living room
• Furnished or unfurnished- your choice
• Includes Wi-Fi, in house laundry units and a weight set in the garage.
• Street parking available, or we can negotiate sharing the garage at an additional cost.

A Little About Me:
I work during the day and value my quiet time, but I’m also warm and enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal. I believe in mutual respect - giving space when needed, but also being friendly and considerate in shared areas. I have multiple cats, so a love (or at least comfort and respect) for animals is essential.
