10 1/2 X 11 1/2 room in a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath townhouse room for rent (unfurnished) in Beaverton near NW Bronson Rd and NW 167th Ave.

Shared bathroom with one other roommate (Trent).

Shared kitchen, pantry and living room.

No animals (cats/dogs) - other animals in cages are considered:)

$710 plus utilities and $710 deposit

Must be able to pass background check via a Zillow application.

Health and Safety: All housemates must be COVID-vaccinated and boosted. If you are sick and infectious, please wear a mask in the home.

Shared spaces are kept clean and tidy through collaborative efforts, though we are human and understanding :)

The house is sadly not accessibility friendly unfortunately as there is stairs to enter the home and also stairs to get to the rooms:(
