Shared bathroom with one other roommate (Trent).

Shared kitchen, pantry and living room.

No animals (cats/dogs) - other animals in cages are considered:)

$710 plus utilities and $710 deposit

Must be able to pass background check via a Zillow application.

Health and Safety: All housemates must be COVID-vaccinated and boosted. If you are sick and infectious, please wear a mask in the home.

Cleanliness: Shared spaces are kept clean and tidy through collaborative efforts, though we are human and understanding :)

Communication: Mark and Trent are already great friends and we look forward to adding another homie to the environment :) Open, honest and direct communication is essential for a harmonious living experience, and we encourage speaking your mind/boundaries.

---Mark is a 56-year-old IT professional who works from home part-time, is active in recovery communities, and practices ethical non-monogamy. Trent is a 28-year-old who enjoys video games, music, dancing, reading, and various artistic pursuits, including puzzles, rollerblading, and collecting. Trent is a night owl who enjoys gaming, though considerate of noise levels. If you’re reading this and are interested in the space, please mention 'kumquat' when responding. We value open communication and seek a friendly, home-like environment.

The house is sadly not accessibility friendly unfortunately as there is stairs to enter the home and also stairs to get to the rooms:(
