Private room and bathroom for rent at Baseline 158

Hi all! I’m a 21-year-old woman working in Beaverton and I’m looking for a female or nonbinary roommate for my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Baseline 158.
Rent is $1,200 per month, excluding utilities.
Move-in date is September 20 if possible but potentially Sept. 4 or Oct. 1 depending on your choice
Ideal roommate is generally not super loud, but clean, respectful of boundaries, and trustworthy.
The deposit is likely $300, and rent will be prorated for September if you choose to move in then.
6-month lease with the opportunity to extend.
Some on-street parking is available, and assigned garage parking is $100-$125 per month.
No illegal drugs preferably, but light alcohol and weed use is okay.
I am generally quiet in common areas, very clean, don’t ask for favors, and will never enter your space, I am awake at odd hours because I work nights, but I am very quiet and this can be a bonus as it’s a bit like living alone. I would love to have someone I can hang out with but am perfectly happy with just a good roommate relationship.
