Large 360 ft2 bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom for rent in SW Portland. The house is in a cul-de-sac off Multnomah Blvd, almost to Garden Home. Close to I5, Beaverton, and shopping. The house has a secluded back courtyard and a front garden with a large covered front porch where you can drink your morning paper or read the paper.  Shared fully equipped kitchen, livingroom, and laundry room. Off-street parking is included and close to the bus line. Two blocks from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and restaurants. The room for rent is fully furnished, separate from the other two bedrooms, and is very quiet. There is a dining-living room and kitchen on the first floor, and there is a quiet, seldom-used living room on the second floor next to your bedroom as well. 

I am a professional working weekdays away from home and my other roommate is in flying school and away most days. I also have a very friendly cat. I lived abroad for decades and consider myself quite international. I keep a clean house and expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and shared areas. Social drinking is OK and any smoking must be outside. No drugs.
