Large unfurnished private room available now in a quiet shared home on SW Celebrity Street in Aloha/Beaverton.

Rent is $700/month, including electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, garbage, and internet. The refundable security deposit is $250, subject to lawful deductions. Background screening is required.

The room is approximately 17′ × 12′, with new flooring, fresh paint, and a sliding glass door opening to a fenced backyard. There’s no built-in closet, so you’ll need your own wardrobe or clothing rack. The hall bathroom is shared with just one other person.

You’ll have driveway parking, washer/dryer access, a shared kitchen, heating and A/C, and a small amount of additional storage.

Two tenants currently live in the three-bedroom home. One is retired and home most of the time; the other works Monday–Friday. Evenings are generally quiet, and quiet hours begin at 10 p. m. Tenants handle household cleaning, and everyone is expected to keep shared spaces tidy. The owner maintains the lawn.

Two Chihuahuas live in the home. The household is smoke-free, and we aren’t adding pets.

I’m Jim Smith, the property manager. I live locally in Hillsboro and visit regularly to check in with the tenants.
