2 rooms for rent in Aloha/Beaverton

Hello. I have a room for rent in Aloha/Beaverton area for $932, which is 1/3 of the actual rent since its split 3 ways. Looking to also add a 4th person to fill up the 4th room. In that case, rent would drop to $700 per person. Utilities will be assessed every month and split between all tenants since it fluctuates. We are located near 185th & Farmington (Aloha/Beaverton) in a quiet neighborhood. Currently, it's me, my girlfriend and our daughter and my GFs mom (basically our live-in nanny), living here with plenty of room for some new faces 😊 The house is still somewhat empty, though I just got some new furniture for the living room (a super spacious sectional and a new rug). Hoping to put a tv in the living room soon so we could have movie nights or game a bit and I need to get some more dishes for the kitchen (plz be patient 🙃)

I have brand new fiber optic high speed internet (2gbps) with a wifi extender that can be placed near your room. So if you have work or hobbies that heavily rely on a stable internet connection, that would be a bonus.

Its a bonus if:
You don't mind a toddler (we have a 1 year old).
Shes very sweet and loves people. A happy little girl.
420 friendly (we smoke outside on our back porch).
