You would have a private bedroom with a window and your own bathroom, both with locks for privacy. All utilities, including high-speed internet, are included. I have a 14-year-old loving Pekinese Terrier who is very quiet and respectful — he will give affection if you like dogs, or keep his distance if you prefer. My garage will be used by my car, but street parking is available in the adjacent neighborhood. The location is convenient, with Nike, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, and the Tanasbourne shopping center all within easy reach. I’m looking for a considerate and friendly roommate who appreciates a calm and comfortable living environment.
