Large duplex in West Salem 5 minute drive to downtown. It is available now, can move in anytime and prorate the rent for the month. 1,600 sq ft on each side. All utilities are covered by myself. Includes high speed internet (500 mbps).

Located on a quiet residential street with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by trees with a small backyard with outdoor furniture.

I am posting again as of 4/6/26. I just had a roomate (found on roomies) move out for schooling out of town. I have had a few roommates from this site over the last couple years. All have been a great experience and all have gotten their full deposit back. Im sure they would be willing to give a reference if you'd like.

It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath. You would have a private room with a bathroom shared with one other person. The other roommate has been here for almost two years and we get along great. They are very clean and courteous.

There is also another half bath downstairs. Living room is fully furnished, with a nice TV and surround sound system. Kitchen is full of a variety of cookware. Bedroom comes with a bedframe and mattress. If you’d like to bring your own, I will happily remove it.

Large wraparound kitchen with bay windows. Washer and Dryer in the house. Limited storage available in the garage. Brand new carpet. New furniture, etc.

Looking for someone who is clean and respectful to the house.
