Must have established employment. Available now. $100 refundable deposit if you leave the room how you found it. Receipt provided. Need to approve application prior to move in. Need name of employer, and HR contact, previous landlord and copy of drivers license or student ID. Room for one adult only, PREFER FEMALE. Very nice furnished room which does not share a wall with my room. Shared bath with walk in shower. Room has newer double bed mattress and bedding, large dresser, closet, desk, 4 tier shelf for food storage or books plus an ottoman for storage, flat screen TV in room with premium channels, FREE internet, cable, utilities (water, heat and garbage) and ‘Seattle’s Best’ coffee too. Shelving available for your food. Keypad entry to room. Students welcome. Must supply and cook your own food and your own personal grooming supplies but I’ll share most meals when I cook but your food is strictly your food. Shelving and drawer in bathroom. One adult only. NO PETS
Stop by for a tour after 430 during the week or anytime on weekends and fill out application if interested. Light storage available for boxes on the enclosed back porch. No cigarettes /vaping/pets/sleep overs.
6 month min. 12 month max but length of stay is negotiable.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Receipt provided. Landlord is easy going, works remotely at home during the week. My brain is fried after work so I usually retreat to my room in the evening so the common area is available. Appreciate someone that’s clean and fairly quiet. Thank you
