Room for rent

Room for Rent – $850/Month
I'm looking for responsible and respectful roommate to rent an available room in a shared home for $850 per month. The room will be available July 1st.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you'll have access to common areas including the kitchen, living room, laundry facilities, garage, and garden area. Internet and utilities are included, provided utility usage remains within reasonable limits.
I work night shifts and am rarely up during the day, so the kitchen and living room are generally available for others to enjoy throughout the day.
The home is shared with two dogs, a cat, and a flock of chickens in the fenced yard. As a bonus, you're welcome to enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens whenever they're available.
Small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they are spayed/neutered, up to date on required vaccinations, and treated for fleas. Caged pets are also welcome as long as they remain in your room.
I'm hoping to find reliable, easygoing roommates who are willing to help maintain a clean and respectful living environment. You're welcome to enjoy the outdoor garden space and make use of the garage as needed.
