Room in SE

I have a room for rent that is less than 10 minutes away from Reed College by car, bike or scooter. It’s about a 30 minute walk. I have rented to other Reed college students before and it has worked out well but it's not a must.
The room comes with it’s own private bathroom right across from your bedroom and rents for $900 a month. This includes Electric, gas, internet and garbage. Water is split 3 ways every 3 months and is $35 to $45 a month. Move in is first and last month's rent plus a $400 deposit that will be refunded, - your share of the last water bill after move out. It is a 1 year lease.
The house is fully furnished (accept your bedroom) and has all the appliances including laundry in the basement. It is a great, fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove/oven, if you like to cook. We have lots of little appliances too. Kurig, air fryer, blenders, electric skillet, microwave and more. Addition, there are 2 raised beds in the fenced, front yard if you want to plant veggies.
Your housemates would be myself. An active woman in her 50’s who works full time +. My Hours vary but I almost always work weekends. My adult daughter, who also works full time +. She works evenings and also weekends. So you will have lots of possibilities for time alone in the house. Well, then there is my dog, he is always here. He is an old man, mixed breed that looks like a large yellow lab. He is a bit hard of hearing and has a love hate relationship with the mailman
