Room for rent in Woodlawn neighborhood

Bedroom for rent in 3 bed house. We have a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large downstairs area for more communal space and storage. Downstairs also has a separate office room that will become available for use in the next couple months. Back yard is nice and has a fire pit, though we do get the spiky seeds that fall from the trees, so not much grass grows. Looking for someone who is considerate, respectful and knows how to clean up after themselves/respect the communal areas. Both of us are fun, friendly people, just looking for the right fit. Must be ok living with cats and dogs. Room may be available sooner. In the photos it is pictured furnished, but will be unfurnished upon move in.
