Cozy chic room in SW Portland

Looking for a great roommate to fill a bright, comfortable 9x14 ft bedroom in a fully furnished, styled home. The house features a big living room and an absolutely lovely patio perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. There is also off-street parking available and the bathroom is shared.

The location is incredibly convenient. We are right next to the PCC Sylvania campus and just a quick hop away from I5 and the 217, making most commutes a breeze. The neighborhood itself is an absolute hidden gem in my opinion. It is a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by nature, minutes from places like Nansen Summit, Tryon and Maricara Natural Area. It has a fantastic community feel where people are always out walking, enjoying the trails, and ready to say a friendly hello (if you want).

I am looking to cultivate a warm, social environment where we can catch up in the kitchen, chat about our days, and occasionally share a casual drink, a meal, or a movie night. Personal space and boundaries are always respected, but the goal is a home that feels connected.

About the Housemates:
You will be living with two human roommates and two dogs, so you must love pups! I value direct, mature communication and love keeping the common areas clean, styled, and organized. I am the more outgoing one of the house and love being creative. You can usually find me working in the garden growing flowers, fruits, and veggies, making simple syrups for tea and mocktails, or painting.

My current roommate is incredibly kind, considerate, and brings a peaceful, independent presence to the home. She often keeps to her own routine, making the house a very balanced, low drama, and comfortable place to live.
