This charming room is located in a split level house in a peaceful residential neighborhood of southwest Portland.

The 14x9 ft room is spacious enough to fit a queen bed plus other furnishings with ease and it boasts of a large closet to house your wardrobe needs. Current aesthetic of the room is funky chic. Fyi, the photo uploaded doesn't reflect the actual wall colors at this time. I did want to respect the current tenants space, but I would be happy to provide a photo if that is important to you.

The house features plenty of common areas, including a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with eating nook, and a shared bathroom. A recent upgrade includes a stackable high efficiency washer/dryer on the main floor of your bedroom. All these common areas of are kept clean and tidy at all times.

You will love spending time in the beautiful backyard, which offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is conveniently located close to public transportation, allowing you to easily explore all that southwest Portland has to offer.

Roommates include two young professionals and three well behaved dogs. We are looking for a sense of community in our household however we are respectful of each others space to unwind and relax at home.
