Looking for a housemate

Older but charming two bedroom, one bath home in the Sunnyside neighborhood. I’m looking for someone to fill the larger room in the house that is currently occupied by a couple and would be open to another couple moving in if needed. The room has a good size walk in closet and big bay windows facing the street. The house is partially furnished. My current roommates may be taking the couch and some decor but it’s a really cute space that I would be happy to share and decorate together.
There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well as plenty of storage space.
The landlord pays for water, we would split the electric, gas and WiFi. The utilities usually come out to about $100 each a month, but it does fluctuate.

My name is Makennah I’m a 27 yr old female. I work in the restaurant industry and am usually out of the house until pretty late at night on my work days. On my days off I like to read and relax and will most likely keep to myself, however I am a social person and would love to share the space and hang out if we both feel up to it. I have a one year old kitty named Piglet who’s a bit of a rascal but has gotten along with other cats that she’s met.
