Main bedroom available in Woodstock home.
The room is 12'6" x 19'7" with two large closets. This room is $975+utilities.

There are two bedrooms are upstairs and you would share a bathroom and landing space/hall with the other roommate who is upstairs. The landing space upstairs has a small desk, lots of plants, and good light. The bedroom is furnished. You’d be sharing the entire house with me and one other person. The house is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a finished basement.

**Note: some of the bedroom photos shows decor from the current housemate but all the furniture is included**

House is located in a great spot in the Woodstock neighborhood. It’s a very short walking distance to Trader Joe’s, and other grocery stores are a longer walk away on Woodstock St.

A little bit about me:
I(she/her) am in my 30s. I love being outside, making ceramics and baking/cooking. I have a medium-large size mixed-breed dog and she's the best (though I'm biased).

The other roommate (she/her) is a wildland fire fighter and not home much in the summer. Her housing situation may be changing soon and a new tenant may move in around July 1 but it is currently TBD.

I am looking for someone who is good at communicating and has their own interests and activities they're into. While I like connecting and sharing with roommates, I also appreciate alone time. Ideally I'm looking for someone who has a similar balance. One tenant only per room. Thanks!

No pets! I've found that one dog is plenty and I'm allergic to cats.

Please note the price is just rent and utilties (electric and gas) are separate. Internet, garbage, and water are included.

Lease terms: starts 7/1 and goes month-to-month.
