• 2 bed / 1 bath
• spacious living room
• room is unfurnished
• rent: $750 (plus utilities and 1 month deposit)
• must be comfortable living with a cat
• no additional pets

Home environment:
This is a quiet, peaceful home—not a social or high-traffic space.
Low noise, low stimulation, and mutual respect for privacy are important.
Evenings are especially calm.
