Hello, I am planning a move in to a home in South Tabor and would like a roommate. The house is a 3 bedroom 1 Bathroom, the Third Bedroom is in the basement(which has been renovated to accommodate someone) so we would be sharing a bathroom. There is Central A/C, a yard, and a Washer/Dryer. We would split utilities. Whoever I would be renting with would get the basement apartment but we would share the common living areas

I am open to considering pets but I do have a dog so we would have to do a meet & greet. Pictures will come soon the closer to move in
