Seeking fabulous and responsible housemate!

Come home to a charming 1930s bungalow in the South Tabor area of Portland! We are two artsy, movement-oriented gals, 30s and 40s, who would love to welcome a kindred spirit to share our mellow abode. We keep things pretty chill here: quiet evenings and mornings, friends or partners over from time to time, two fabulous cats and a part-time pup (no additional fur babies, please). We enjoy a large kitchen, a spacious living room, one bathroom with a satisfyingly deep tub, and an additional room for movement, studying, or just some extra space to exist within. Your bedroom comes in at a spacious 14' x 14' with a small closet and two windows. The basement has space for your bike and a few odds and ends that may not fit in bedroom, as well as a shared washer and dryer. The basement also has a separate apartment which is home to travel nurses, who are reliably delightful individuals. We take turns with the driveway (and there's plenty of safe street parking); easy access to bus lines and major roads. Rent is $625 per month plus utilities (gas, wifi, disposal, electric, solar, water), which come in between $120 and $180 per month. Wellness, arts, and eco-minded a plus; considerate, responsible, and clean a must. Let's chat! If it feels right, we'll start with a three-month lease with the potential to extend into a month-to-month longer term stay.
