Hi! I’m a single mom with an 8-year-old daughter, and I’m looking for the right person—or potentially a parent and child—to share our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome in SW Portland.
My partner recently moved out, so we’re in the process of reorganizing the house and creating a home that works well for us and the right roommate.

Rent would be no more than $1,400/month, ALL BILLS PAID, including utilities and internet.

That amount is negotiable for someone interested in helping with things that would make my life as a single working mom easier—particularly occasional childcare or additional cleaning. If that interests you, tell me your budget and what kind of help you’d be comfortable providing, and we can talk about what would be fair for both of us.

About the place- excellent public schools. Easy access to public transport. Free use of my e-bike. Room is currently furnished with a dresser and full size bed, but if you would rather bring your own stuff, I can clear out the furniture.

Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. Downstairs is a modern kitchen/living/half bath. We have a projector and movie screen with Disney, Hulu, Peacock, and Prime streaming services. Fiber internet!

I am a weirdo that loves clever humor, creativity, true crime stories, and weekend adventures. We have a 10 lb elderly Miniature Schnauzer/Maltese mix that loves to curl up in your lap.
