Room in Creative Music House – Artists & Musicians

Looking for respectful roommates for a shared house in Portland with a creative atmosphere.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with plenty of shared space including a living room, kitchen, and dining area. It’s a comfortable home environment with room for people to relax, work, and create.

I’m a musician and plan to set up a small recording studio in the basement. The studio will be separate from the living space so the upstairs remains a normal shared home. You do not need to be involved in music to live here, but it would be great to find people who appreciate a creative environment.

Ideal roommates are responsible, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. People who enjoy creativity, music, art, or a positive community vibe would likely fit well here.

Estimated rent will likely fall around $800–$900 depending on the room. The house is currently being prepared, with an expected move-in around mid April.
