Looking to add a third roommate to our SE home :)

Hello!
We are looking to add a third roommate to our cozy, plant-filled SE PDX home. The house has two bedrooms upstairs (one is used as an office), and two bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom on each level. The room we are looking to fill is downstairs, 10' x 18' with a walk-in closet for $850/Month. Utilities typically run an extra $50-80/month. The home is located in a safe, super walkable area of SE Portland near food carts, a large park, coffee shops and other local shops.
My name is Anna (31, vegan, non-smoker) I work from home for a vegan dog food company and enjoy cooking, going to shows, breweries, and getting outside with my pup! Sarah (29, vegan) works on an organic vegetable farm and enjoys hiking with her dog, yoga, reading and gardening.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly 🙂 Ideally, we are looking for another vegetarian/vegan female or NB identifying human who values open communication, keeping mutual living spaces clean, and who loves pets but doesn't have any to add, as we already have two super sweet dogs (Maven and Nova), and a very lazy house cat (Helena). While we have our own lives, we do enjoy spending occasional time together cooking, playing cards, and watching movies on the projector.
The basement is currently getting renovated and the room should be available from mid to late May. You'll have to pass a background check to be approved by the rental company and contribute to a security deposit. Our lease is month to month, but we have been here for four years and would prefer to find someone looking for a long term room 🙂 Please reach out if interested and it sounds like you'd be a good fit!
